Hi, we are Toni and Rebeca
We have been clearing apartments, businesses and all kinds of properties for more than 15 years. To assess each job, we ask for photos or videos on WhatsApp so we can understand the volume, access and type of material before organising the service.
We manage waste responsibly and try to reuse everything that can still have a second life. We work with collaborators and second-hand shops that help us redirect furniture, objects, tools and other recoverable items found during clearances.
We manage property clearance services across Menorca for residents and for owners who are outside the island. We can coordinate access, keys, dates and progress updates so the owner has one contact throughout the process.
